We were already trying to replace joe buck with real fans. then, Some Kansas city fans started a petition to prohibit Joe Buck from calling the playoff games. They got nearly 14k signatures.

So we reached out to them via Rabble.TV and told them they should get on the mic and grow their audience. They obliged and we collaborated on the #Mutebuck hashtag during Royals' postseason games. We even put a billboard outside of Kauffman Stadium to remind fans that they didn't have to listen to Vanilla Robot Joe. The hashtag took off on game nights and the campaign received a bunch of press including the Kansas City Business Journal and all of the regional television stations.
