We recently received a call from a client who told us that a company in China had been stealing their marketing -literally using their logo and branding in their ads- for a competitive product. We tried to act shocked, but that didn’t work out so well.

Smoky Lake Maple (thee expert in all things maple syrup production equipment-related) deployed a smart and effective tactic; compare the products side by side. To add a little flavor, we implemented a character of sorts, The Imposter, to showcase the difference between the products, and to pepper in a little humor.
